Now for the first time, here's a new communication service that does not need to strain one's budget when texting or making a call. This is called One Follow Me, a project by the Philippine Government, Microsoft and RCBC to help cut costs of communicating with OFWs and their Families. with the use of VOIP technology, a person, namely an OFW can just buy a Smartphone PDA that has Windows Mobile 5.0 and has the One Follow Me application made by Kikker Interactive, and he/she can communicate with anyone having a computer and an installed Office Live Comminicator that acts as the interface for communicating between each other. The mode of communication is not limited through text messages alone but through voice as well (which is why it uses VOIP). From a computer with a microphone and speaker, to even using a cellular phone (by contacting the owner of the Smartphone) we can establish a voice communication with others. Neat stuff I must say.

 

For over two weeks I've been working the night shift, going to the office at 11:00 pm and USUALLY going homw at around 10-11am the next day (Overtime's keeping me very busy). At nights I feel charged up, and by day I feel drained. Such is the life of a vampire.

Just came from the launch of Windows Vista OS here in the Philippines. It was held at the SM Mall of Asia from morning till late evening. The evening's launch activities were highlighted by a presentation of Vista to the people by our beloved Sir Jojo  and followed by a concert.
